Where's the puppy?

Mandy invented a game with Anna that we call "where's the puppy." Anna has a little puppydog purse/stuffed-animal. She knows it's a dog because whenever you pant or bark like a dog she goes and finds it. To play the game you have Anna next to you and tell her to close her eyes. You then have about 0.6 seconds to throw/hide the dog somewhere while Anna quickly covers her eyes like peek-a-boo and then looks (in fact, today she would only pretend to cover her eyes hoping to get a good peak on where you throw it - man they learn to cheat early!) And when her eyes are open again, you have to say "Where's the puppy? Go find the puppy!" and then she scurries off to look for it and bring it back to you.
Sometimes she can't find it and you have to point for her, but she is learning quickly how to follow a pointed finger and find what she wants. Mandy told me that the two of them played it over and over today. And then after I got home we played another 20 minutes or more. Anna really does enjoy it!
