Anna likes hats

Those of you who have spent some time with Anna lately are aware of how much she likes to wear hats, carry hats around, put them on and off, etc. She knows she is being cute because she'll put a hat on, and then walk over to you and smile up at you with her giant forced smile waiting for your reaction.

Lately she's started wearing my BYU baseball cap around. She knows where it is kept and will often prompt Mandy to carry her over to the basket so she can reach in and get it out to play with. For fun I turned it around on her one day and pulled it low so her face was covered. The cap is mesh so you can see through it, and when she realized this she thought it was great and wandered all over the condo with her face completely covered by the cap and squealing with joy.

She also likes most other accessories. She still is not tired of playing with glasses, especially the old pair with no lenses. She wears them everyday just for fun. For a long time we couldn't get her to wear clips in her hair, but she's over that now. As long as you show her the clip in the mirror so she can admire herself she will leave them in. When we put a rubber band in her hair for the first time she went back to the mirror to check herself out several times in the first few minutes. We've decided all she needs to be happy for a long time is a good mirror and couple of accessories.
